SKYDIVE OVER LAKE CHELAN AND LAND AT ONE OF CHELAN’S TOP WINERIES!

Tandem skydiving is the best way to experience skydiving for the first time. You will enjoy exhilarating freefall with your instructor and breathtaking views under parachute while you descend back to earth together. Enjoy a bottle or glass of wine of your choice upon landing!

For the total VIP Skydive package, Skydive Chelan offers the only Tandem Winery Skydive in the nation! After a chauffeured ride from one of Lake Chelan’s Wineries to Skydive Chelan we will train and board our aircraft for a beautiful scenic flight to altitude. Enjoy freefall & a parachute ride over Lake Chelan and then be welcomed back to earth with a bottle of wine of your choice as we land in a grass field among the vineyards. Please read and understand the following rules and policies for making a Tandem Winery Skydive:

  • There is a $140 non-refundable deposit per person to hold your spot. This is applied towards the total cost of your skydive at time of check-in.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must provide a doctor’s note stating you are in good physical health to skydive if you are over the age of 65.
  • You must weigh less than 220 lbs. Please call if over 220 lbs, we may be able to make special arrangements & there is an additional charge of $30.
  • You must provide a government issued photo identification in order to participate in Parachuting activities.
  • You must read, agree, and sign our standard assumption of risk agreement and contract waiver.
  • Any changes made within 1 week of your scheduled jump will result in the forfeit of 50% of the non-refundable deposit(s) and any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled jump results in the forfeit of 100% of the non-refundable deposit.
  • Please call us at 509-881-0687 the day of your jump to confirm weather conditions with our office staff. If we determine your class time is not able to jump your non-refundable deposit will remain on your account so that you may reschedule at a later date.

Polices & Rules for Tandem Winery Jumps: There is a $140 non-refundable deposit per person to reserve your skydive. Any changes made within 1 week of your scheduled jump will result in the forfeit of 50% of the non-refundable deposit(s) and any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled jump results in the forfeit of 100% of the non-refundable deposit. The exception is if our staff informs you we are not able to jump at your scheduled day & time, your deposit will then remain on your account for use at a later date.

    Wine Jump FAQ’s

    Q: When will I jump?
    A: After your paperwork is complete you will receive approximately 20 minutes of ground training and begin your introduction to skydiving. Meanwhile, our office staff will organize your flight number, you may be on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd flight, plan on hanging out for approximately 2-3 hours. We encourage your family and friends to come out and watch your jump. Please keep close watch on your children and keep all pets on leashes because there is a running aircraft nearby.
    Q: How long does it take?
    A: The scenic plane ride to altitude is about 20 minutes, free-fall is 60 to 30 seconds, the parachute ride is 7 to 5 minutes back to Earth, and the smiles and memories lasts forever!
    Q: What does it feel like?
    A: It’s unlike anything in this world. It is commonly described by first time jumpers as absolutely incredible, surreal, exhilarating, and like nothing they ever could have expected!
